Are you fully qualified and insured?

Yes – we’re Gas Safe-registered (Reg. No. 188689), fully insured, and have been family-run since 1989, giving customers over 38 years of safe, professional know-how (we're even pet insured in case your furry friend is in trouble).

Do you charge a call out fee?

We operate a No Call-Out Charge policy. If we diagnose a fault and you decide not to proceed with the repair, a small diagnostic fee applies—otherwise the visit is free.

Where do you serve?

Our engineers are based in Orpington, so we reach Bromley, Sevenoaks, Dartford, South-East London and most of Kent quickly—usually the same day. Need us elsewhere? Call and we’ll let you know if we can get to you.

What heating services do you provide?

From annual servicing and power-flushing to new boiler design & installation, repairs to all major brands (Vaillant, Worcester, Ideal, Potterton and more), plus landlord gas-safety certificates and ongoing maintenance contracts.

Are you 24/7?

Absolutely. Burst pipe at 3 a.m. or boiler failure on a Sunday? Our emergency line is manned around the clock and an engineer can usually be on site within 1–2 hours. All labour is guaranteed for 12 months for extra peace of mind.
